Terms & Conditions
The terms governing the use of our services.
1. Registration & Admission
A completed registration form must be submitted before your child can attend Bonitots Bilingual Nursery. Places are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw a place if the nursery is unable to meet a child's individual needs.
2. Fees & Payment
Fees are due on the 1st of every month, payable in advance. Fees remain payable during holidays, sickness and bank holidays. A full month's written notice is required to withdraw your child from the nursery. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in fees being charged for the notice period.
3. Opening Hours
The nursery operates from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks per year. We are closed on all bank holidays and for one week between Christmas and New Year. Late collection fees may apply.
4. Illness & Medication
Children who are unwell should not attend nursery. If your child becomes ill during the day, we will contact you to arrange collection. We follow Public Health England guidelines regarding exclusion periods for infectious illnesses. Prescribed medication can only be administered with written parental consent.
5. Safeguarding
Bonitots Bilingual Nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children. We follow the procedures set out by the Local Safeguarding Children Partnership and Ofsted. All staff hold enhanced DBS checks.
6. Behaviour
We promote positive behaviour and use age-appropriate strategies to support children. In exceptional circumstances, where a child's behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others, we may need to discuss alternative arrangements with parents.
7. Photographs & Social Media
We may take photographs and videos of children for learning journals, displays and social media. Separate consent is obtained for each purpose. You may withdraw consent at any time by notifying us in writing.
8. Complaints
If you have any concerns or complaints about the service we provide, please speak to the nursery manager in the first instance. We have a formal complaints procedure available on request. You may also contact Ofsted directly if you feel your concern has not been resolved.
9. Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of children in our care, we cannot accept liability for accidents or injuries that occur despite appropriate supervision and risk management. Parents are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to the nursery is accurate and up to date.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Parents will be given reasonable notice of any material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
